The 13^th International Symposium on Hodgkin Lymphoma will be held from October 26 to October 28, 2024 at the:

How to get there: The Airport Cologne/Bonn is located about 25 km from the conference venue. Depending on the time of day, it takes about 30 minutes from the airport to the city center or the Gürzenich Conference Center by taxi. The journey will cost you about 50-60€.

In addition, there are several trains (S13, S19, RE6, RE8) which take about 15 minutes from the airport to Cologne Central Station. A ticket can be bought from ticket machines located at the airport train station. You need for the zone 1b which will cost you 3,50€. On arrival at Cologne Central Station, you can take tram no. 5 to the neighboring “Heumarkt” stop. Your ticket bought at the airport is still valid here. You can also reach the Gürzenich Conference Center by foot from the Central Station in approximately 10 minutes.

Oral Abstract Presentations

For preparation of your presentation ideally please use a PC (to avoid formatting errors when transferring from a Mac to the Gürzenich presentation system) and a recent version of Microsoft PowerPoint (recommended format 16:9).

For those who are unable to e-mail the presentation in advance, there will be a central technical service at the Gürzenich. This service will be available from Saturday, October 26, 08:00 am onwards.

Please keep in mind that your presentation including time for discussion should not be longer than 10 minutes (7 minutes presentation plus 3 minutes discussion). Please include a slide indicating your conflict-of-interest disclosures as the first slide of your presentation.

Poster Presentations

Posters (recommended format: portrait 85 cm wide × 119 cm high) will be displayed throughout the whole conference. A dedicated poster session will take place on Saturday evening. A conflict-of-interest disclosure on the poster is mandatory.

Presenters are requested to mount their posters on Saturday morning after the workshops took place. Presence of at least one presenting author during the poster session on Saturday evening is mandatory. Posters will be taken down on Monday evening and those left behind will be discarded.
