Project Pitch Guidelines

Bring your idea to ISHL14

The Project Pitch is a new, informal format at ISHL14. It's a space to put an early idea, an open question or a proposal for collaboration up for discussion with the Hodgkin lymphoma community - before it becomes a formal abstract.

Unlike talks and posters, the Project Pitch is about work in the making. If you have a concept you'd like to test, an unmet need worth raising, a methodological idea, or a project looking for partners, this is your slot.

What you can pitch

  • A research idea or study concept
  • An unmet clinical or scientific need
  • A methodological or technical proposal
  • A call for collaboration (partners, cohorts, samples, expertise)

How it works

  1. Submit a title and a short abstract (2–3 sentences) using the form below by 07 September 2026.
  2. Selected presenters are notified ahead of the meeting.
  3. On-site, you sketch your idea on a board and stand by it to discuss during a dedicated window.

Early-career researchers are especially encouraged to take part.

Pitch Submission Deadline

Project Pitches can be submitted until 07. Sep 2026.
